These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "You") and posototo (hereinafter "posototo", "the Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible athttps://posototo.cam (the "Platform" or "Website").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the posototo Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.

posototo operates as an internationally licensed online gambling operator. The Platform is designed to serve players who are legally permitted to engage in online gambling in their jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your location before registering or placing any wager.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To be eligible to open and maintain an account on the posototo Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. posototo strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all casino-style gambling activities on the Platform.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player with posototo or any associated responsible gambling programme.
• You are not a director, officer, employee, consultant, or agent of posototo or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You are using your own funds for all deposits and wagers, and not funds that have been obtained through illegal means.

Registration on the posototo Platform is free and requires the provision of accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information whenever it changes.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain onlyone (1) account on the Platform at any given time. The opening of duplicate accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment accounts, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. posototo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep these credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify posototo customer support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

posototo supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for account deposits, including but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank / Maybank2u, CIMB / CIMBClicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, and approved cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether USDT TRC20, and Litecoin).

All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. posototo does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit received from a payment account not registered to the Player's verified identity will be returned to the source account where technically possible, and may trigger a mandatory KYC review before any further transactions are permitted.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The standard minimum deposit is RM 30 for e-wallets and cryptocurrency, and RM 50 for bank transfers. Maximum deposit limits may be applied based on your account verification tier and VIP level.

posototo does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which posototo bears no responsibility.

Deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmation on the applicable blockchain network. Exchange rate fluctuations are borne entirely by the Player.

Players may request a withdrawal of real-money funds from their account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being completed and approved prior to processing.

Withdrawal Processing Times (estimated, not guaranteed):

• E-Wallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): Under 5 minutes for verified accounts.
• DuitNow / FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong): 5 to 15 minutes.
• Direct Bank Wire: 15 to 60 minutes during business hours.

Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where the technical infrastructure of that method permits it. posototo reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request aboveRM 5,000.

A minimum withdrawal amount of RM 50 applies. There is no standard withdrawal fee charged by posototo, however, processing fees imposed by the receiving financial institution are the Player's responsibility.

posototo offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to its players, including Welcome Bonuses (Silver: RM 288, Gold: RM 888, Diamond VIP: RM 2,880), reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, VIP rewards, and a 2% cryptocurrency deposit bonus (up to RM 688). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Welcome bonuses apply to a player's first qualifying deposit only. Subsequent deposits are subject to separate reload and VIP bonus terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus, which will be stated at the time of the offer. Unused bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire at the end of the validity period.
• posototo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to any commitments already made to individual players.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except where the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.

All bets and wagers placed on the posototo Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product, which are accessible within each game or market on the Platform. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming products:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. posototo reserves the right to void bets that have been accepted in error, including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds or on events that have already concluded.
• posototo's decision on the settlement of all bets is final. In the event of a dispute, posototo's records and logs shall be the primary reference for resolution.
• In the event of a technical fault, network disruption, or other system error during the course of a game or live betting event, posototo reserves the right to void affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the Player's account.
• Maximum win limits apply to individual bets and over defined periods. These limits vary by product and market are displayed within the relevant betting interface. Winings exceding the stated maximum may be limited to the maximum win amount.
• For sports betting markets (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA, UFC, and other events), all settlement decisions are based on official results from the relevant governing body.

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Published RTP percentages are theoretical long-term averages and are not guaranteed for any individual session or player.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the posototo Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms, giving posototo the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account and forfeit all associated balances:

• Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts, using multiple payment methods, or collaborating with other players to systematically exploit bonus offers in ways not intended by posototo.
• Chip Dumping: Deliberately losing chips or credits to another player in poker or other player-vs-player games in order to transfer funds.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform in any manner to launder, conceal, or transfer funds derived from illegal activities. posototo is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities under applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform on your behalf.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access or operate your account, including sharing login credentials with another person.
• Fraudulent Chargebacks: Initiating payment disputes or chargebacks against legitimate posototo transactions through your bank or payment provider.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in any game to gain an unfair advantage.

All content on the posototo Platform — including but not limited to the posototo brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, audio, and video materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of posototo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the Platform without posototo's prior written consent;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform;
• Use any automated means to scrape, index, or extract data from the Platform;
• Use the posototo brand name, logo, or trademark in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without prior written authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, posototo, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Any gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform;
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or errors game outcomes caused by circumstances beyond posototo's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

posototo's total cumulative liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 90 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. posototo does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

posototo is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, reality checks, and self-exclusion options.

Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the Platform by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion periods are a minimum of six months and can be extended indefinitely at the player's request. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no marketing communications will be sent.

posototo reserves the right to initiate a mandatory temporary or permanent account restriction if there are reasonable grounds to believe that a player's gambling behaviour is causing them financial or personal harm, including where a player has previously self-excluded and attempted to re-register.

posototo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity;
• A valid self-exclusion request by the player or a legal guardian;
• Receipt of a request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or court of competent jurisdiction;
• The player's jurisdiction making online gambling illegal.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any funds confirmed as legitimately belonging to the player following the conclusion of that investigation will be returned to the player via their verified payment method. Funds that are determined to have been obtained through fraudulent or prohibited means will be forfeited.

Players may request the voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

posototo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be notified to existing players by email and/or by prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the amended Terms take effect, except where changes are required on shorter notice by law, regulatory requirement, or security considerations.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact customer support to close your account before the effective date.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which posototo holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and posototo, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team, who will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter informally. The majority of account and payment queries are resolved at this stage within 24-48 hours.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, either party may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures of posototo's licensing authority. posototo will cooperate fully with any such process. The decision of the licensing authority's dispute resolution body, where applicable, shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
